 Post subject: new bisiness payment option

hi everyone , i am new here, i could use some advice, i have spent the last 33 months have a software program written and i find that no one wants to extend to me a payment option so that i can sell the programs, the details are
1. it is a new business.
2. i am selling monthly subscriptions to the site information and i am actually selling the software ( so no monthly subscriptions)
3. the programs are for " sports arbitrage trading ", so "they " believe it to be gambling.

can anyone help with a providor who does not want to take 32% of the sell price ( click bank - - - 7% then 25% ) and who i will be reasonably sure of being paid my money?
