i'm having a hard time finding out how to enter my shipment conformation number so i can collect funds for a package that i shipped. Referance number 0978a016e578f. i recieved an email stating that i need to enter the referance number to collect funds on my alerpay account. there is an icon to click on the name is conformationtracking@myway.com for some reason this will not load. i have a brand new computer so it is not a problem on my end. please let me know how to either load the icon or another alternate way to enter in my conformation number, for i have already shipped the package.
