Yesterday Visa International has stopped providing VISA service to the partner bank of ePassporte - St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank. All users account considered to be frozen as now there is no way to use withdraw money.

ePassporte is useless for most of non-us users at the moment. They suspended option to load money from visa creditcards, and only load option available is us-checking account or other epassporte account. This "temporary" problem has been on about year already, and only information they say is that they are working to solve this issue in near future but they cant tell when, maybe in 10 years?

This is true, Epassporte has account restrictions for some countries. You may only have account opened for you buy some business account that will be able load funds for you. You may find some more info there https://www.epassporte.com/secure/jsp/Questions.jsp#ACCOUNTRESTRICTIONS

Hey! somebody help me, pls.... I am from Romania and i ve made an account on epassporte.com I have a visa credit card in $ but i dont find a way to load my epassport account. is it truth that it can only be loaded from another epassporte account? that would be awfull cause i dont know anybody who has one and be willing to help me. thanks.

You may use your ePassporte VISA Visa Card in the physical world. ePassporte VISA is accepted at Visa Merchant locations worldwide that have electronic payment terminals and at ATMs around the globe that display the Visa and/or PLUS logos. However, there is some limitation of use in terms of amount that may be spent at once. Epassporte provide anonymous online payments, therefore system is popular among hyips and adult services and all other black hat industry. However back side of anonymously is impossibility to prove that you are really owe your money. Once being compromised, you account will be suspended for ever, and you never get your money back. I had such issue in 2007 and you may find many claims in the Internet till now, so I would not recommend to work with serious money in this system.
