Liqpay – is a payment system that allows easily send money from Visa or MasterCard cards to virtual account in Liqpay system linked to a mobile phone (cell phone) number.
Later on you may send money to other phone numbers, withdraw money from Liqpay system to your card or leave money at your account and use it later.
For now Liqpay works with Euro, US dollar, Russian rouble and Ukrainian hryvna. It is planned in terms of the system development to work with all basic world currencies.
Liqpay works with all mobile operators of the world. Mobile phone number is used as a login into system. Liqpay doesn't require any registration before one can start using the system. All You need to know to transfer money is recipient's cell phone number.
Liqpay.com is designed for both business and individual users. Individuals can use Liqpay to transfer money to each other. Business can use Liqpay.com to accomplish mass payments, and receive money from customers for goods and services. Liqpay also solves
Liqpay doesn't charge for incoming money transactions and operations within the system. Transaction from phone to card costs 1,95$ + 1%.
Liqpay.com can be accessed online and via mobile sms commands.
For business there is API which is called Liqpay checkout and allows receiving payments from credit cards in return for goods and services.You need to enter the website and register in for merchants section.

Horrible service they are stooling my payment and blocking my hole credit card for 2 weeks now. Support is confirming the cancellation on the payment but the payment still shows. If yu got any choice and you need the money to get there, DON'T do Business with them!

LiqPay has a long long list of complaints. They constantly make promises through chat support that never happen. Refunds that are promised never happen. They are prominently featured on internet shopping site that cheat consumers and never send merchandise but LiQPay doesn't have the slightest interest in remedying that. Wonder why? Their own forum is full of complaints and they hide behind vague promises or ask for your private details in an open forum! Very suspect.

LiqPay is supported by privatbank.ua bank. Bigest in Ukraine and other countries.

LiqPay do not have any addressin they website. No telephone number, any any another way, how you can contact them, if you have to. Usually any banking business must have loval address, and telephone number, if you must contact them. Only you can contact them via web. This is very serious matter for anyones safety in money transwer business. DO not trust that kind of business.

Bad verification system. customers must enter the amount of dollars (in between 0.01 and 3.00) that has been deducted from their card. This gives a problem in dollar-less countries , since their bank will quote that amount in their local currency. making it impossible to continue the verification.

I second the following comment: "There is one big inconvenience with liqpay, the card has to be issued in the same country where mobile phone is being used. I could understand this is term of security but really limits possibilities of use." Liqpay should consider seriously whther they really need that restrictions or open up to wider userbase.

Moshe, to confirm your transaction you should contact with LiqPay live support. You can find button that referrers to the support chat on the right side of the LiqPay main page.
