Whether you're an established online business or a brand new startup, accepting daopay is almost certainly the easiest way for you to instantly grow your business without any significant development or marketing investment.
Because although you might already accept all the major credit cards and even PayPal, chances are you are missing out on a significant number of people who'd like to pay you - but can't.
Which is like saying "No, thank you" to your customers (just not as polite). And it's not that they don't like your products, they really do; they just don't feel comfortable sharing their credit card number over the internet because they're concerned about their privacy. Or they don't have a credit card, which is still very common outside the United States.
Charging the phone bill. With daopay, customers can charge your product to their phone bill. They just dial a service number and without ever giving away any personal or financial information, they hold the line for a minute or two until the product price has been charged to their bill.
Probably the only way to make buying easier is to pay by SMS. Which is why we do that, too. Reach additional audiences.
Customers enjoy daopay because it's so convenient and at the same time it's more secure than any other payment method. No credit cards, no bank accounts or any other contracts - just dial a number or send an SMS and you're all set. And, of course, everyone has a telephone - there are more than 3 billion worldwide, twice as many as there are Visa cards, and even fifty times as many as PayPal accounts.
By adding daopay as a complementary payment option, you reach more people and receive more payments than with any other payment method alone.
1. Create Products Create your daopay account and start adding the products you wish to sell. Choose whether you want to accept payments by phone calls, SMS text messages or both, and set up prices for different countries.
2. Add your daopay Link Adding daopay to your web site is as simple as putting a ready-made link on your page. You can either link directly to us, or customize and embed daopay on your own web page so that customers don't even have to leave your site.
3. Process Payments That's it! You're ready to receive and process payments. For you as a developer, that's where all the fun begins. We send you e-mails and HTTP notifications so that you know exactly when a payment has been made. Processing Payments e-Mail Notifications daopay easyMail is the easiest way to start billing with daopay: all you need is an e-mail address.
Once a payment has been received, daopay sends an email to the buyer and to the website owner, confirming the payment. PIN Codes daopay can create unique PIN codes which your customers can use to access premium areas on your web site. You choose how long or how often the PIN can be used. To validate a PIN you simply call an HTTP method on our servers. HTTP Notifications HTTP Notifications give you finer control over the payment process. You specify a URL which we call in real time when a payment has been started or completed, including the amount that as been paid.

Here at DaoTec we basically observed two things when it comes to voice payments since we first launched DaoPay. First of all, a lot of people are used to send Premium SMS (PSMS) for payments thus a whole industry calls itself “mobile payments”. And secondly, there is much doubt if people still use landline or home phones in their households at all.
Well, our statistics show a complete different picture. DaoTec is a telecom operator with a scalable Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to leverage voice calls from mobile and home phones all over the world. Currently 80 per cent of our business runs on voice calls while only 20 per cent are being covered by PSMS. With new and innovative technologies like Drop Calls and Mutlicalling, we are constantly improving the usability and user experience of our services. This advance hence wide choice for consumers results in even higher conversion rates and generally, a better adoption of voice payments.
Furthermore, merchants use our global voice payment solution mainly because:
Beside these facts, we are certainly offering the whole range of telecommunication services enabling consumers to make their own choice either paying with SMS, mobile and home phone. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us or start a discussion here at the comments section. We are always glad to talk about the advantages of voice payments and would also like to satisfy you with our whole product line.
57% more transactions lead to a 64% increase in turnovers.
Nexon Europe LTD. A boost in usability, making phone payments with DaoPay in France, has led to a sharp increase in business for Nexon Europe. The publisher of the world’s most popular online multiplayer games has had the pleasure to welcome not only 57% more people buying virtual goods but also 64% more business volume.
“We are very pleased about this positive business development and we believe DaoPay’s service is well optimized for microtransaction based item selling business model,” states Sung Jin Kim, Director of Nexon Europe. “It is always good to have a partner who works on improving its products and offerings.” Nexon Europe uses DaoPay as a payment service to process mobile and home phone payments since January 2009.
In the continuous process of improving its services, DaoPay introduced Multicalling as a very convenient way to pay with phone in Portugal and recently added France as the second test market for this application. “Our background as a telecommunications provider empowers us to deliver solutions such as Multicalling,” explains Peter Krapfl, CEO of DaoTec Ltd. “Due to the very positive experiences in France and Portugal, we will introduce Multicalling in more countries within the next months.”
DaoTec, the London based telecommunications provider has established the brand DaoPay as the global phone payment service. “With DaoPay, you can pay with SMS, mobile and home phone worldwide,” concludes Peter Krapfl.
What is Multicalling?
DaoPay Multicalling is the convenient way to pay with mobile or home phones, e.g., playing online games or buying virtual goods. The buyer just calls the given service number and types in the order number. DaoPay instantaneously and automatically drops the call afterwards. By just hitting the redial button, the buyer can multiply the original billing amount – without entering the order number again. This innovation enables easy and instantaneous payments, especially with higher prices. As a normal call or SMS, Multicalling is charged to the customers phone bill only once and does not result in recurring billing.

good thing is that you even can use your home land phone to pay, just call and accept payment and you will get addition to you phone bill at the end of the month. Or you can send SMS or call from mobile phone. You don’t need to set up any separate account or remember some new passwords.
